At Golden Nail Lounge, we want every guest to feel cared for in a clean, modern, and comfortable salon setting. These policies help us keep appointment flow, walk-in visits, and timing fair for everyone.

  • We do not provide refunds on services.
  • Please keep an eye on your children at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by running or horseplay.
  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  • Please watch your steps and be careful with the wet floor.
  • Please inform us of any health conditions before we start your services.
  • Please inform our technician if you have diabetes so we can properly care for you during the services. Certain cutting services may not be allowed.
  • If you want to choose a color, please try to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we may ask you to join the walk-in queue.
